Cory Estrela, B. Comm., LL.B.
Cory is a graduate from the University of Alberta (B.Comm) and Osgoode Hall (LL.B.). Cory began his legal career practicing real estate and development law at a prominent Bay Street law firm before joining a leading planning and development law boutique.
Cory has been working in the development industry for over 15 years, and brings a practical business focus to his planning and development practice. He appears regularly before committees of adjustment, the Ontario Municipal Board, and has appeared before the Consolidated Hearings Board.
Cory has experience with a diverse range of planning and development matters ranging from zoning variances to complex matters requiring the support of a team of interdisciplinary professionals. He has been counsel to individual landowners, ratepayers, residential developers, industrial operators, commercial developers and aggregate producers.
Cory is an active member of the Ontario Bar Association and as an associate member of the Ontario Stone, Sand and Gravel Association.
