Mohadeseh Bakhtiari joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) in 2024 as an associate in our wills and estates department. She obtained her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University before being called to the bar in 2024.

In her work handling wills and estates, Mohadeseh dedicates herself to helping individuals and families through every step of the process. Whether it’s assisting with guardianship applications or creating wills that reflect her client’s unique circumstances, she brings a compassionate and careful approach to her practice. Mohadeseh’s priority is ensuring that her clients feel supported and understood, with their loved ones’ futures being protected. Her commitment to providing personalized guidance ensures that her clients can approach estate planning with clarity and peace of mind.

Outside the court, she spends much of her spare time practicing yoga, exploring healthy cooking and playing golf.
