Shawna M. Sosnovich joined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2007 and is a partner of the firm. As a bankruptcy lawyer, Shawna has had much experience in recovery, bankruptcy, and commercial litigation matters. Her practice includes enforcement of creditors’ rights including pursuing assets of debtors, bankruptcy applications, opposing bankruptcy discharges, and other remedies, mainly on behalf of financial and other large institutional clients. Additionally, Shawna seeks to find alternative means of resolving debt recovery matters.
Shawna completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and a partner of the firm.
