Her attention to detail is evident in her preparation of materials and submissions for matters in litigation, including at the Trial stage and at pre-Trial Motions and Conferences.
Laura’s approach to high-conflict cases is settlement-focused, allowing her to effectively manage challenging situations. She is also, however, a talented litigator. Her track record of success includes representing a husband in a motion for interim spousal support and an interim disbursement, resulting in the dismissal of the opposing wife’s motion. She has secured a favorable outcome for a mother on an urgent motion, granting her permission to register her child at the school of her choice, which met the child’s special needs. Additionally, Laura successfully represented a father at trial on a Motion to Change regarding two teenage children, resulting in the dismissal of the mother’s motion and imputation of income to the mother for child support purposes.
Throughout her career, she has handled caseloads encompassing parenting, child and spousal support, child protection, and property division.
