Toronto fraud litigation lawyer Christopher Statham is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A. & M.A in Philosophy) and the University of New Brunswick (LL.B). He completed his articles with Devry Smith Frank LLP was called to the bar in 2011.
During his articles, Christopher Statham gained extensive experience dealing with fraud litigation and fraud recovery and he has maintained it as a significant part of his practice since that time. He now represents individuals who have been defrauded as well as large and small companies, including financial institutions, in fraud litigation and fraud recovery matters and regularly advises clients on preventing and responding to employee fraud, including dealing with the destruction of evidence and dissipation of assets.
