Maya Krishnaratne was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 and is a partner in the Immigration Law and Civil Litigation/Insurance Groups at Devry Smith Frank LLP. Maya’s immigration practice consists of a wide spectrum of services including strategizing with clients for the most appropriate avenues for immigration to Canada; applications for temporary permits to study and work; applications for permanent residence; and applications for leave to Federal Court for review of unreasonable decisions by immigration officers.
