Mohadeseh Bakhtiari joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) in 2024 as an associate in our commercial litigation department. She obtained her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University before being called to the bar in 2024.
In her commercial litigation practice, Mohadeseh specializes in real estate and title insurance litigation. With a deep understanding of the legal intricacies, she is able to navigate disputes related to property ownership, boundary disputes, easements, and title defects. She is committed to protecting her client’s interests and real estate investments, offering strategic counsel and support in every case.
