Leslie Haddock joined DSF as an associate in our family law and employment law departments. She earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, where she majored in History with a minor in Criminal Justice and Public Policy. She was called to the bar in 2025.
In her family law practice, Leslie advises clients on a broad scope of family law matters, including parenting arrangements, decision-making responsibility, child and spousal support, and the division of property. She prepares domestic contracts such as cohabitation agreements and separation agreements and represents clients at various stages of the dispute resolution process, whether through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings.
Leslie supports clients through the early stages of separation and divorce, helping them navigate procedural steps and documentation with care and attention to detail. She works closely with senior counsel on complex files and is involved in drafting pleadings, preparing financial disclosure, and attending case conferences and motions. She is attentive to the emotional and legal challenges that can arise in family law and is committed to providing respectful, timely communication throughout the process.
