DSF Law Offices are Dedicated to Compliance with AODA

At Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) we are dedicated to meeting and surpassing the compliance guidelines set forth by the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). This critical piece of legislation, which was voted into law in 2005, contains detailed steps required to make the entire Ontario province accessible by 2025.

The Act lays the framework for the development of province-wide mandatory standards on accessibility in all areas of daily life. As defenders of the rights of disabled persons and personal injury lawyers, compliance with this act is an important part of who we are as a firm and what we aim to stand for.

On this page, you will find links to our detailed  Multi-Year Accessibility Plan

which includes such measures as ensuring our website has accommodations for both visually and auditorily impaired individuals.

We also provide our  Statement of Commitment which was issued in 2014 to pledge our commitment to a “barrier-free environment for all stakeholders including our clients/customers, employees, job applicants, suppliers, and any visitors who may enter our premises, access our information, or use our services.”

Finally, you will find a link to our Accessible Client Service Policy on December 1, 2014. Here you will find detailed information about our intent and plans to create a more accessible office environment for those with disabilities of all kinds.
