Ron Aisenberg is an appellate advocacy lawyer with Devry Smith Frank LLP, representing clients in appeals arising from complex commercial litigation matters across Ontario. Drawing on his extensive courtroom experience, Ron provides strategic advice on appellate issues brought before Ontario’s appellate courts.
With a strong foundation in commercial litigation, Ron advises clients throughout the litigation and appeal process, from preserving issues for appeal at trial to challenging or defending decisions on appeal. He has experience developing appellate strategy, analyzing legal errors, preparing factums and motion materials, and advocating on matters involving commercial disputes and procedural issues. His practical, business-focused approach helps clients make informed decisions while pursuing cost-effective solutions.
Ron earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
