Mariem Naem joined Devry Smith Frank LLP as an associate in our commercial litigation department after completing her articles with the firm. Mariem graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto before earning her J.D. from the University of Windsor. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
Mariem acts for both individuals and businesses in commercial disputes. She is involved in files from the early assessment of a claim through documentary production, examinations, motions and other court proceedings. She brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to each stage of the litigation process.
Mariem is committed to providing practical advice and strong advocacy while keeping her clients’ priorities at the forefront of each matter.
