Community Futures South Georgian Bay
Ross Hurd is an experienced real estate lawyer, assisting individuals, families, businesses, lenders and borrowers with a broad range of real estate matters. His practice covers residential and commercial transactions, including property purchases and sales, commercial leasing and real estate financing.
Drawing on decades of experience, Ross guides clients through each stage of their transaction, from reviewing and negotiating agreements to addressing title, financing and closing requirements. He provides straightforward advice focused on protecting his clients’ interests and keeping transactions on track.
Called to the Ontario Bar in 1987, Ross joined DSF after more than 19 years as a partner at a large law firm, he built solid relationships with clients and was their trusted legal advisor.
Ross has served on several volunteer boards and is currently a director of Community Futures South Georgian Bay.
