Ross Hurd joins Devry Smith Frank LLP (‘DSF’) as an experienced wills and estates lawyer, advising individuals and families on wills and estate planning matters. He works with clients to prepare clear, effective estate plans that reflect their personal circumstances, financial interests and intentions for the future.
Called to the Ontario Bar in 1987, Ross brings decades of legal experience to his practice. He provides considered advice on the preparation and review of wills and related estate planning documents, helping clients address succession, asset distribution and other important planning considerations.
Before joining DSF, Ross spent more than 19 years as a partner at a large law firm. His background in corporate and real estate law allows him to identify related business, property and succession considerations when developing an estate plan.
Ross has served on several volunteer boards and is currently a director of Community Futures South Georgian Bay.
