Jessica Santucci is an associate lawyer with Devry Smith Frank LLP in our Family Law department. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
She advises clients on a wide range of family law matters, including parenting disputes, decision-making responsibility, child and spousal support, property division, domestic contracts, and separation agreements. She is dedicated to helping clients find practical solutions while providing strong advocacy when litigation becomes necessary.
Jessica has extensive experience independently managing family law files from start to finish, representing clients at conferences, motions, uncontested trials, mediations, and negotiations. She also prepares and negotiates marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, separation agreements, parenting agreements, and other domestic contracts.
Throughout her career, Jessica has achieved successful outcomes in a number of complex family law matters, including obtaining restraining orders, parenting orders with police enforcement, orders requiring the return of children to their habitual residence, and equal parenting arrangements following long-standing parenting disputes.
