Regulatory Changes To The Occupational Health and Safety Act

At Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) Occupational Health and Safety Seminar, guest speaker Sandra Excellent from the Public Sector Health and Safety Association (PSHSA) covers what basic requirements are expected to come into compliance with new changes to the Occupational Health and Safety act.

As of July 1, 2014 every employer in Ontario will be required to ensure that their employees have basic occupational health and safety awareness training. Sandra covers compliance issues, mandatory awareness sessions, case law updates and other important topics and more regarding all changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
