About
Aranya Sivakumar is an articling student at Devry Smith Frank. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and her Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
Prior to attending law school, Aranya gained valuable experience working at both boutique and full-service law firms, where she assisted with matters in real estate, administrative, and corporate law.
While at Windsor Law, Aranya served as a Research Assistant to the Associate Dean of Research, supporting research focused on public law. She is also actively involved in the legal community as a committee member with the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF), where she contributes to public legal education initiatives, and as a volunteer member of the Tamil Bar Association (TBA). She is passionate about mentoring young women who aspire to pursue careers in law and is committed to promoting greater access to legal education and the profession.
Outside of the office, Aranya enjoys travelling, café hopping, and spending time with her toy maltipoo, Carter.
