Mariem Naem joined Devry Smith Frank LLP as an associate in our commercial litigation department after completing her articles with the firm. Mariem graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto before earning her J.D. from the University of Windsor. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
Mariem works with individuals and businesses involved in commercial disputes. She helps clients identify the key issues in their case, assess the available options and determine how best to move the matter forward. Whether a matter is resolved through negotiation or requires court proceedings, Mariem remains focused on protecting her clients’ interests and pursuing a result that reflects their priorities.
Outside the office, Mariem enjoys Pilates, camping, graphic design and spending time outdoors with her dog, Bear.
