TORONTO WILLS & ESTATES LAWYER
Tim has been practicing as a Wills and Estates lawyer for over 40 years.
One of his primary areas of practice has been Wills and Estates Law and Estate Litigation.
When drafting Wills, Tim believes it is important to get to know the clients so that he can provide knowledgeable advice to minimize the tax consequences on a person’s death and to ensure that an estate is divided in accordance with the client’s wishes and avoiding conflict among the surviving members of the family.
He has represented Estate Trustees and beneficiaries in contested Estate Court proceedings on the rare occasion when litigation is unavoidable.
