Adriana Piccolo joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) as an associate in our corporate law department after completing both her summer and articling terms with the firm. She earned her J.D. from Western University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
Adriana works with businesses and their owners on corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, commercial agreements, governance matters and business transactions. She provides clear guidance while remaining attentive to each client’s business goals.
Adriana values the relationships she builds with clients and aims to be a trusted resource as their businesses grow and their needs change.
Outside of work, Adriana enjoys outdoor adventures, playing soccer, and spending quality time with family and friends.
