Adriana Piccolo joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) as an associate in our corporate law department after completing both her summer and articling terms with the firm. She earned her Juris Doctor from Western University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
During law school, Adriana distinguished herself academically and professionally. She received the Canadian Bar Association’s 2024 Municipal Law Award in recognition of her winning paper on local governance and land use regulation. She also received Western Law’s Global Engagement Honour, recognizing students who demonstrate intercultural competence and a readiness to address legal issues in an increasingly interconnected world.
These experiences shaped Adriana’s practical, client-focused approach to law. She is committed to providing responsive, strategic, and high-quality legal advice to businesses and business owners on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions.
At the core of Adriana’s practice is the importance of building lasting relationships founded on trust and reliability. She strives to become a trusted advisor to her clients, providing consistent support as their businesses evolve and helping them navigate opportunities and challenges with confidence.
Outside the office, Adriana enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, and staying active in her community.
