Adriana Piccolo joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) as an associate in our corporate law department after completing both her summer and articling terms with the firm. She earned her Juris Doctor from Western University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.

Adriana’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, commercial agreements, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions.
