Jason Corry is an associate lawyer in the mortgage recovery and commercial litigation departments at Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF). He completed both his summer and articling terms with DSF before continuing his practice with the firm as an associate. Jason earned a B.S.M. (Hons.) from Brock University and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School before being called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.
Jason’s practice focuses on mortgage enforcement, debt recovery and commercial disputes. He advises lenders, businesses and other clients on matters involving defaulted loans, enforcement of security interests, contractual disputes and other business litigation matters.
Jason practices out of both DSF’s Whitby and Toronto offices, serving individuals and businesses in Durham Region and across Ontario. He is committed to providing practical, strategic advice and responsive service. Jason prioritizes clear communication and works closely with clients to develop efficient solutions tailored to their legal and business objectives.
Outside of the office, Jason enjoys travelling, golfing and playing hockey and football. He is also an avid Toronto Maple Leafs and San Francisco 49ers fan.
