David also has significant experience in a variety of litigation areas and has appeared as counsel before both judge and jury in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He has appeared and argued before every level of Court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
David was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004 and became a partner of Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2014. In addition to being a member of the Law Society of Ontario, David was also called to the New York State Bar in 2004.
