Unwana represents corporations and individuals in a wide range of commercial disputes involving contracts, shareholder and partnership agreements, post-transaction M&A issues, corporate governance, and related matters. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Nigeria and his LL.M. from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022. We’re glad to have him join our team.
