William J. Smith William (Bill) Smith was called to the bar in 1980 after receiving a Bachelor Of Arts degree from Glendon College, and his LL.B. from the University of Toronto Law School. Bill has practiced corporate and commercial law with the firm since then., Bill’s experience is varied and extensive. Lloyd W. Ament Certified Specialist in Citizenship & Immigration Law Registered Trade Mark Agent Lloyd was awarded a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1972 and a Juris Doctor degree in 1975 from McGill University.
