Greta Butoeg joined Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2025 as a paralegal in our collections and commercial litigation departments. She has substantial experience supporting recovery matters for clients, including banks, creditors, lenders, and collection agencies.
Greta’s responsibilities have included vetting files for litigation suitability, drafting and initiating legal proceedings, and managing post-judgment remedies. Greta has implemented structured legal recovery strategies that have increased process efficiency and client recovery rates. She routinely liaises with opposing counsel and court personnel to facilitate timely resolutions and prepare detailed settlement documentation. Prior to her current role, Greta successfully negotiated settlements, resolved disputes, and maintained strong client relationships.
