Marty Rabinovitch

Marty Rabinovitch is a partner at DSF and heads the firm’s employment law group. His practice focuses on representing clients with respect to all employment issues arising in the workplace, including human rights, bullying/harassment and disability cases. Marty regularly attends at the Superior Court, Human Rights Tribunal, the Ministry of Labour and the Labour Relations Board. Marty often speaks at employment seminars and participates in various media campaigns.

Graeme Oddy joined DSF as an associate lawyer in 2022 in our commercial litigation department. He holds a B.A. (Hons) and a J.D. from the University of Toronto. Graeme has been involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, employment matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims and disciplinary proceedings, mortgage enforcement litigation, fraudulent conveyances, injunctions, claims against directors and officers, appeals, and commercial arbitrations.

David is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School (Juris Doctor, 2021) and the University of Guelph (Bachelor of Computing, 2008). David joined the commercial litigation, employment and insurance defence groups at Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) following his call to the bar in 2022. David previously worked at DSF as both a summer student and as a student-at-law. David is a keen public speaker. He is a member and past president of both the Tuesday Literary Club and the Ruskin Literary and Debating Society.

Timothy Gindi is an associate lawyer in our employment law group. He provides advice and training to all levels of management as well as human resource professionals and labour relations specialists. Together with training and advocacy, Timothy assists in various risk management strategies such as disability management, progressive discipline, wrongful or constructive dismissal, and mass terminations. Timothy has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario.
