Louis Gasbarre joined the Condominium Law Group at Devry Smith Frank LLP in January 2019. He graduated from the University of Leicester Law School and obtained his Masters of Law with a concentration in Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. He was called to the Bar in 2016.
Before joining DSF, Louis practiced as an associate with a boutique firm in Vaughan with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate transactions. He maintains a dynamic practice focused on condominium, subdivision development as well as acquisition, disposition, and financing for various residential and commercial development projects and sales of condominium units.
With respect to condominium and subdivision matters, Louis acts for developers on low, mid, and high-rise projects as well as freehold and townhome condominium projects as well as enforcement matters before the Condominium Authority Tribunal of Ontario. His practice further extends to structuring and implanting co-ownership structures, general partnerships, and limited partnerships.
Acting for various condominium developers, Louis has developed widespread relationships with financial institutions and various governmental bodies within and outside the GTA.
Louis does his best to offer clients a multi-faceted and unique perspective on condominium living. He puts a priority on efficient legal services taking a results-driven approach that is cost-sensitive and attentive to his client’s goals and needs.
Louis is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
