Mohadeseh Bakhtiari joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) in 2024 as an associate in our employment law department. She obtained her J.D. from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University before being called to the bar in 2024.

Her work in employment law focuses on advocating for employees who have been wrongfully dismissed, providing legal representation in cases involving breaches of employment contracts, discrimination, harassment, and other workplace-related disputes.

Mohadeseh’s collaborative spirit and proactive approach make her an integral part of our employment law department. She is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients through thorough preparation, strategic thinking, and effective advocacy.
