“If you’re looking for an “A-Team” in family law, Devry, Smith, Frank is it! A huge thank you to Tim Deeth, Diana Solomon and Mason Morningstar. Our family was torn apart and we needed help to save our little girl. We made a desperate call to Devry, Smith, Frank and from the minute Mason Morningstar took our call he was able to guide us and provide outstanding legal advice. Mason is extremely knowledgeable and always had an answer to our questions. Our case was very complicated, but this team didn’t give up. They were compassionate and aggressive while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Mason’s case submissions and written briefs were exceptional and clearly represented our story. Diana Solomon’s years of experience paid off in the courtroom as she delivered precise oral arguments and performed strategic cross-examinations. Tim Deeth and his team quickly and successfully advanced our case through the courts. Today we are reunited with our very happy little girl and are forever grateful to Devry! We highly recommend this team. A special thank you to Mason Morningstar!”. – Helen Nichols
I am a grandmother caring for 3 young grandchildren and I was looking for an intelligent, passionate, strong lawyer to advance my position in Family Court in a CAS matter. The CAS and to a certain extent, the court were not taking my opinions seriously in a very difficult situation with the 3 grandchildren. Mason Morningstar and John Shuman managed to get me added to the proceedings so that I could fully participate in the process in court represented by Mason Morningstar. The CAS brought a motion to have the children returned to their mother when in my opinion it was not in their best interest at that time. Mason and I opposed the motion and won against CAS. In fact, after the first court appearance with Mason representing my concerns in court, the court clerk came out to congratulate Mason on a great court presentation. The other lawyers involved in the case were also very impressed and congratulated him. There is no doubt that Mason”raised “the bar” with his professionalism and intelligence in the best interest of the kids. After we won the motion, the judge recommended we enter into mediation to settle the future care of the kids. Mainly with Mason’s help, we were able to come to an agreement in mediation without any major conflicts, with the outcome I wanted and what everybody agreed was a good solution for our family. I am very grateful to have met and worked with Mason Morningstar and John Shuman and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody. Even the children’s mother ( who technically was opposing my position) said several times: “Mason makes a lot of sense, what he is recommending is the best solution for my kids”. – Anonymous
