Sara Mosadeq joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (DSF) as an associate in 2017. Prior to joining DSF, Sara was an associate with a boutique general practice firm in Toronto. Sara practices litigation, real estate, and wills and estates.
In her litigation practice, Sara has represented individuals and small businesses in a broad range of matters including construction disputes, commercial litigation, and residential and commercial real estate disputes. Sara has appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Divisional Court.
Sara takes an individual client based approach in her real estate and wills and estates practice. In doing so, Sara focuses on the needs of her clients as they navigate a new home purchase or sale or engage in estate planning.
Sara completed her J.D. at the University of New Brunswick in 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from York University in 2009.
Outside of the office, Sara enjoys interior design and decorating her home. Sara also enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling throughout Europe, cooking, and practicing meditation.
